Who provides the service

Squishy Hugs (the "game") is provided by Andres Rubén Mejía, based in Tartagal (Salta, Argentina) (the "operator"). Full details in the legal notice.

By using the game you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The service

Squishy Hugs is a web game where you squeeze and collect virtual toys. You can play for free with the starter characters and buy optional character packs. Progress and purchases are stored on the device.

Children and adults

The game is designed for all ages. Purchases and privacy decisions belong to a parent, guardian or authorised adult. Purchases can only be completed on the payment page, after confirming that the payer is an adult.

Purchases

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

When you pay you also accept Paddle's buyer terms. Prices, delivery and the welcome offer: purchase conditions. Refunds: refund policy.

Licence

A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the pack's characters inside the game, including characters added to that pack later. You do not buy the characters or any rights in them, and they cannot be resold, transferred or exchanged for money.

Acceptable use

You may not tamper with the game to get paid content without buying it, attack or overload the service, or copy or redistribute its content. If that happens we may withdraw the affected licences.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the game available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may improve or change the game; if a purchased pack stopped being available for reasons attributable to us, we will offer you a refund.

Liability

The game is provided as is, with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection law of your country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. We will announce important changes on this page, with their new date.
