Privacy policy
Squishy Hugs works without accounts and keeps the game on your device. We only process the data purchases need.

Data that stays on your device
Progress, settings and purchase receipts (signed licences) are stored only in the device's browser. We do not receive them. You can erase them in "For grown-ups" → "Delete my data".
Purchases
Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, processes payment data (name, email, country, payment method) as a controller under its privacy policy. We never see card details.
From Paddle we receive the order status, its amount and the payer's email. We keep the email only encrypted and as a cryptographic fingerprint, so we can send the "Restore purchases" link. Order records are kept as long as legal and accounting obligations require.
Emails
"Restore purchases" links are sent through Resend, which receives the address only to deliver that email. The link expires after 15 minutes.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical network data (such as the IP address) to deliver pages and protect the service. We use the IP briefly, in hashed form, to limit abuse.
Children
We do not ask children for any data: there are no accounts, chat or ads. Purchases are made by an adult on their own phone.
Analytics
Analytics are off. If we ever turn them on, they will be pseudonymous and without contact details, we will say so here first, and they can be erased from "For grown-ups".
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data by writing to [email protected]. In Argentina the Agency for Access to Public Information supervises Law 25,326; if you live in the European Union you may also complain to your data protection authority.
