What you buy
Digital character packs to use inside the game (digital content, nothing is shipped). Each pack is a single payment, not a subscription. All packs and their contents are listed on info and prices.

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes: you pay exactly what the game shows. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee if your card is not in dollars.
Who sells to you
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, issues the receipt or invoice, and handles payment and refund enquiries. Squishy Hugs never sees or stores your card details.
How to buy
- In the game, the "Ask a grown-up" button shows a QR code or a link after an adult check.
- The adult opens the link on their own phone, confirms they are an adult and pays through Paddle's secure form.
- Paddle emails the receipt to the address you enter. The payment link expires after 24 hours.
Delivery
Delivery is immediate: as soon as Paddle confirms the payment, the pack appears on the device it was requested from (usually within seconds; if it is offline, as soon as it reconnects). Purchases are stored on that device and browser.
To use them on another device, or after clearing the browser's data, use "For grown-ups" → "Restore purchases" with the email you paid with.
Welcome offer
- All 3 packs for USD 5.99 instead of USD 8.97 (the sum of the packs bought separately, which stay on sale at their price).
- It lasts 72 hours from the first visit to the game on that device. It never restarts or extends.
- It is only offered when no pack has been bought on the device, and each offer can be used once.
- An order created before the offer ends can still be paid within the following 24 hours, even after the offer has ended.
- Refunding the offer removes all 3 packs.
Refunds and chargebacks
You have 14 days, no questions asked, to request a refund of any purchase; once refunded, the pack is removed from the game. A bank chargeback also removes the pack while it is open. Full details in the refund policy.
Requirements
A current browser with JavaScript. We recommend trying the free characters before buying; in the shop every paid character can also be tried for 5 seconds.
